10. Complaints

At first instance you should direct any complaint to us at info@elegantmedia.com.au. We will deal with any complaint confidentially and treat it with utmost seriousness. You can contact us by phone initially, but we require that any complaint must be made in writing. When you make the complaint, make sure you:

  • give any identification or reference number(s), if relevant
  • give a brief description of the matter and why you think the organisation or agency has mishandled your personal information (what happened, when it happened and any consequences)
  • let them know what you’d like them to do to resolve the matter.

We will investigate your complaint, make a determination within 30 days and advise you in writing of our determination.

Date Radar reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change we make applies from the date the updated Privacy Policy is made available on our application.
